Breuninger Marktplatz Facade, Stuttgart

The companies flagship building is a concrete block of serious architectural value but no face communicating his function to the market Square nor an invitation to the people of Stuttgart to come in. The client chose our Belle Etage scheme that plays with the messages of the existing building by opening up two levels and extending the spaces with two class pulpits – one hangs directly under the massive technical floor and the lower one replaces the former first floor balcony connected by a piloti elevator on one side.
