We are MBA/S, architects from Stuttgart

MBA/S Matthias Bauer Associates Stuttgart is an interdisciplinary team and network of architects, urban planners, designers, engineers, and project managers. We work in the fields of architecture, urban space, and open space, without separating them. For over 20 years, we have been designing and implementing projects together with our clients and partners at home and abroad. As part of our work, we study the relationships and potentials of public and private space and social interaction within them.

We focus on sustainability and atmosphere in all areas and strive to contribute to the sustainable modernization and preservation of our created environment. MBA/S was nominated for the European Prize for Contemporary Architecture, the Mies van der Rohe Award 2015.

Matthias Bauer teaches at various universities and is a guest critic at various international institutions such as the University of Stuttgart, the HFT and the Stuttgart Art Academy, the HBC Biberach, the ENSA Marseille, the GJU Amman, and the University of Innsbruck.
